SO GOOD: Make Your Own No-Bake Peanut Butter And Jelly Pie!

Growing up, one of my favourite snack staples was the classic, hard-to-beat peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a tall glass of milk. Sure, you had Oreo cookies and chocolate chip cookies and a whole mess of goodies to choose from as a kid, but nothing beat that sandwich in my eyes! That’s why when I saw this peanut butter and jelly pie recipe, I was all over it in a heartbeat and it was just as good as I thought it was going to be. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 cup of heavy cream, a half cup of confectioner’s sugar, 1.25 cups of smooth peanut butter, 8 ounces of cream cheese, half cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, peanut butter pie crust, jelly of your choice

Directions: In one bowl, whip heavy cream and confectioner’s sugar thoroughly. In another bowl, add and combine  peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract thoroughly. Fold the cream into the peanut butter mixture, and fill in the pie crust with the combined mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, and top with jelly of your choice. Add more whipped cream, and enjoy!
