TRY These Delicious Truffles That Don’t Need Baking!

Truffles may be one of the more expensive candies around, but they are so creamy and delicious that they are worth every single bite. If you’re not in the mood for burning a giant hole in your wallet, you can learn how to make your own at home using affordable ingredients and added coconut flavour for a great twist to this classic candy! Ingredients: 3 cups of sweetened shredded coconut, half a cup of powdered sugar, half a cup of sweetened condensed milk, a quarter cup of melted butter, 2 cups of chocolate chips for the coating

Directions: In a bowl, Mix the coconut, sugar, condensed milk, and melted butter well. Form this mixture into bite-sized balls, place them on a lined baking sheet and freeze them until hard. In a double-boiler, melt the chocolate chips, and then dip the frozen coconut balls in the chocolate. Put the balls back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens. If you like, you can drizzle more melted chocolate over the cold truffles.
