Use A Muffin Tin To Make This Special Mac N’ Cheese Recipe!

I’ve used muffin tins for a wide variety of things, beside the obvious use for making delicious plump muffins, but now I’ve come across a recipe that lets you make your own muffin-shaped mac and cheese pastries to enjoy on the go, instead of having to make an entire bowl! You’re going to like this variant, because it still tastes as good as the original thing. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 box of any mac and cheese mix, an egg, half a cup of sour cream, 1.5 cups of shredded cheese, and some bread crumbs

Directions: While preheating your oven to 350 °F. Prepare your mac and cheese as the box’s instructions dictate. Add in the egg and sour cream, and stir. Add in the shredded cheese slowly, and spoon the final mixture into your muffin tin. Top with bread crumbs, and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
