Using Nothing But One Pot, Make Your Own Garlic Parmesan Pasta!

As much as I love pasta, I HATE having to use several bowls and pans to make it all at once. It means more dirty dishes for me, and a greater investment of my effort towards making what is supposed to be a really simple dinner! That’s why I’m digging up for you the easiest, most dish-efficient pasta recipe that you will ever find. All you need is ONE saucepan, and the dish that you’ll be plating the pasta on. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 minced cloves garlic, 2 cups of chicken broth, a cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 8 ounces of uncooked fettuccine, salt & pepper for taste, a quarter cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and parsley to garnish.

Directions: Sautée minced garlic in a saucepan until lightly brown, and add the chicken broth, milk, and butter. Stir until the butter melts and ingredients mix thoroughly. Add in the uncooked pasta and salt & pepper, ladling the liquid over the pasta until it is covered. Steadily simmer the mixture until the pasta is cooked and the liquid evaporates into a sauce with a creamy texture. Mix in the parmesan cheese, and then garnish with parsley before serving.
