YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS: Cheeseburger Pasta Casserole!

It’s still cold outside, and it will be for a long while. Thus, I think it’s safe to say that we all have a strong hankering for something warm and delicious. That’s why I have been looking all over for some recipes to share with you guys, and I happened to stumble upon this cheeseburger pasta casserole that is to DIE for! Try it out and let me know what you guys think!

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 diced onion, 1.5 pounds of ground beef, a 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes, an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce, 2 cups of chicken broth, 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard, 1 pound of any pasta you want, grated cheddar cheese, and garnish of your choice.

Directions: In a pan, combine the olive oil, onion, and ground beef, cooking until the beef browns. In a separate pot, combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and mustard. Add in the pasta and 2 cups of water. Bring the entire thing to a boil, and simmer until pasta is cooked. Combine this pasta mixture into the ground beef pan, and stir well. Top with cheese and cover the lid until it melts. Serve with the garnish of your choice.
