YUM: You HAVE To Try These Awesome Beer Can Burgers!

When it comes to burgers, I’m 10 times more likely to go out and get one that’s already being made for me instead of investing the effort to make my own. I’m not the best when it comes to cooking meat, and I’ll either undercook it or burn the poor patty to death. For that reason, I’ve accepted that making burgers is not for me. But I know a lot of other people who seem to have the skill pat down, and so I contribute back to them by hooking them up with brand new recipes to try. One that I recently shared was beer can burgers, in which you turn the burger patty into a cup-like shape and put in a bunch of delicious goodies. Try it out for yourself and see if you like it!

Ingredients: Onions, peppers, mushrooms, ground beef, canned beer, bacon, shredded cheese, and barbecue sauce

Directions: On the grill, cook the onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Using the beer can’s base, shape the ground beef into balls just a bit larger than the base. Press down on the top of the beef ball with the can, and fold the beef up around the lower half of the can. Wrap the beef in one slice of bacon, and then remove the can. In the beef cup, put the grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms and shredded cheese. Brush the barbecue sauce onto the bacon, and grill on medium heat for one hour. Put it on the bun of your choice and dig in!
